I lost my phone with a public mobile sim card in Portugal. I bought a new phone and installed a public mobile esim card with the same number and account. I can't retrieve my text messages.

Anything after 5 days, you won't receive them. Can you receive text messages now via the new eSIM?

hi @Di71 

PM only keeps your undelivered text message for 5 days and no more.  So, if you meant you want to get all the text message back from the time you lost the phone, you can only get the last 5 days'

but if you meant you cannot receive even new text message, ask PM support agent to check and refresh your account

             Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".  
             (If unable to receive 2FA SMS, click "Didn't Receive Code" or "Resend Code" and Select "Send Email")
