resubmit porting request to Rogers pay as you go

I activated the new sim card yesterday but never received a text from rogers to verify the transfer. I called rogers and they need the request resubmitted so I can accept it and complete the porting process.

Hi @Mitchy your Rogers account is active and able to receive other calls and text?

 

  Put Rogers sim in a phone, call PM porting team, number provided by @maximum_gato , and you should receive the text.  If not, call Rogers and ask

Call the telus porting department with your Roger's account # to resubmit your port request. Have your Roger's Sim card in your phone to reply YES to the PAT (porting authorization text) within 90 minutes of receiving it. Check your private message box for the phone number I will send you.
