I am trying to reset my password and when I try to send the code to my email address, I never receive a code.

Try using different browser. Try Incognito/private mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use computer and not phone to log in.

Can you switch to SMS to receive a code?

After changing password wait 20-30 min before trying to log in again.

Also, can you try to have the code sent to your phone instead? there should be the choice there
