The agent said credit card. I will wait and see. I don't trust this company. The lack of any customer service is ridiculous. I guess you get what you pay for. Lesson learned!
@LiaRaykhlin refunds can take from 3-5 days and up to 30 to be applied to credit cards.
Did you verify it will be a refund to your credit card and not to your public mobile account as a credit? Can you sign into your account and check your available funds.
