Hi,I requested a refund 2 days ago, which was confirmed by an agent, but it still does not appear on my credit card.How long does it take?Thanks!

The agent said credit card. I will wait and see. I don't trust this company. The lack of any customer service is ridiculous. I guess you get what you pay for. Lesson learned!
