I was told I was going to get a refund after 4 weeks still not returned as of August 25

Refunds normally takes over a monthly to process but credit is instantly added into your account.

if already 20 days, ask PM agent to check and confirm the refund was processed

You can submit ticket right at My Account or PM app using the new Expert Messaging in one of these ways:

My Account on a browser: click Message Centre on the left pane to Start a Chat
Public Mobile App : Go to Support page, click Chat with an Agent, and Start a chat
If unable to access My Account/PM app, submit a ticket here using the same Community login credentials you are using now: https://expert-messaging.publicmobile.ca/guest/chat/

Once you started the Chat, type "Submit Ticket", then "Connect Agent", and it will ask you to login to open ticket
(If unable to receive 2FA SMS, click "Didn't Receive Code" or "Resend Code" and Select "Send Email" or "Send Voice Message")

Remember CS_agent will reply within 2 to 4 hours. You will be notified via SMS/email or monitor here:

#000849761 represent your refund request registration number. Please have patience, the processing time can take 20 days until you will have the money back into your credit card, depending on the number of requests in que, but usually it takes just couple of days.

If you are able to log into your account, please do so. When there, on your left hand side you will see Message Centre. A new window will pop up will open up on the right side of the screen. (If you have a pop up blocker on your browser, please disable it for Public Mobile). Click on Start Chat. Enter Contact Us and follow the prompts to a CS Agent.
