I paid 185.00 to set up an account for a friend on my mastercard. Because the phone couldn't use an e Sim it kept telling me to get support and wouldn't allow me to use a regular Sim after that, which was already installed. I spent 3 morninge and was sent in circles, mostly holding me up in evernightmare sign in. I did a factory reboot on the phone and took out the sim card. Now I just want to recoup my 185$ But I hear there are no refunds. I can't get a subscription and can't get my money back....and 'Im a member for ten years.

Why $185 @poot ?
The most expensive plan is less than half that amount.
Is this inquiry the first one you’ve made towards getting this rectified?

@poot are you already working with PM agent? since it is a big amount, check with them. Or work with them to get the issue resolved.

@poot - CSA should be able to help get this working. Do you see all the funds in your Available Funds area, or where did all the $185 go? These funds will be used on future renewals if in Available Funds, but if charged mutliple times for some reason explain this to CSA.

1-Normally Faster - use this link to: Get Help With Public Mobile Chatbot], also found in various places in Public webpages, OR
2-go to your envelope at the top right of your Community Account which is where your Inbox and Sent messages are. Select the orange/peach color box with the pencil inside it to start a new message. Type CS_Agent in the SEND TO box. This will create a private message to Public Mobile Customer Support.
