How can I get PM to back up add-ons that were purchased with Rewards points? - I purchased add-ons twice in error not realizing the original purchase through rewards points takes 24 hours to show up on the account and to properly function. I thought the original purchase did not go through so I purchased again. Later received on, I received an email notification indicating that the original purchase went through, Then later on, further email notifications for the subsequent duplicate rewards purchases went through. However no, notifications through text to the phone have occurred. This is not very customer friendly and is confusing for a person not familiar with rewards points redeeming.
