I purchased a US Roaming Talk/Text add on for 10 days. I am no longer going to use it since my flight was cancelled but I can't find how to get a refund for it.

Ask for a credit and explain the situation to the CSA and you will likely get it. Just remember that technically there are no refunds at pm but customer support are reasonable people. When did you purchase the US Roaming add on? Just an FYI....US Roaming add ons start immediately after purchase so normall you do not purchase until the day of your departure or arrival in the US.

To get a credit or refund, you'll have to reach out to a Customer Support Agent first.
Use the Chatbot Simon to get a service ticket started first.

Try to get payment from your travel insurance. It's not a PM problem.

@catherineflani Yes, likely PM support will be able to reverse the transaction and leave the money on your account for future use (maybe towards next renewal)
Please open ticket with PM support using Chatbot:

If you never used it and do not plan to use it contact agent for refund since you bought it in error.

If ticketing does not work very first time, contact agent directly.
