@MH01 your friend should see your number in his friend list on My Rewards site within a day, and you should see the usual $10 friend credit within 72 hours.  For both of you, the $5 per month should start in the next couple days.

I suggest you to hold on, with the full 72 hours before you open ticket with PM

after 24 hr your friend not showing your last 4 digit then contact PM support team by private message CS_Agent  with your friend code to them can be check in..
