Can't login to my selfserve account due to forgoten password

Can you help me to reset the password for my selfserv account for Public mobile number xxxxxxxxxxxx

@Dynasmart  - prior to contacting Public Mobile Customer Support Agents due to a forgotten password ... did you know there is a link to reset your password if you forgot it?

Here is the Forgot your Password link:

If you never created a self serve account before and you are a current customer, here is where you register for one: https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/self-registration/

 

 

If still issues, logging in, then time to submit a ticket to CSA for assistance to get you back in.

To contact the Public Mobile Customer Support Agent (CSA)_Team, there are two methods to reach them found here:

Please go to the little arrow at the right of your post and edit out your phone # as this is a public forum.

 

Edit:

Contact customer support and put "forgot login credentials" in the subject line and leave a detailed message explaining your issue. Keep an eye on the envelope icon next to your avatar at the top right corner of your screen for a little number to pop up indicating a reply from a CSA. Responding promptly will speed up service times but expect a reply within an hour.

To pre-verify your account include in your private messaging only  your full name, address, email, phone # and 4 digit acct pin #.

This is a public Community forum and we are all customers here help others members with issues so please remove your personal telephone to avoid fraudulent activities.

 

As noted by @darlicious , to change your email on this Community forum. Click on your icon on top right then My Settings and enter your new email.

 

If you want to change your email in your account, you will need to contact a CS_Agent by SIMon Chatbot on the bottom of the page or private message on the envelope icon.

I have got public mobile sent me a verification code to reset my selfwerve password, but when I entered my new password, it always a message saying "there was an error resetting your password".

Hi @Dynasmart  - you had this issue in May, and now again?

 

Are you still a current customer (active or active within 90 days) ? If in nonpay for over 90 days, or you ported out your phone number to another provider your account here is closed automatically.

 

If so, try clearing your browser's cache, or try a different browser or device.

If using Chrome, best and easiest way, I find, is opening a tab in incognito mode then log in this way.
