I tried to login to selfserve web site but always redirect to this page after successfully login by username and password. https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/en/account/pre-activation
I am existing customer, not need to activation new service, I just need to lo
gin to selfserve and change my rate plan. Could someone help on this? Thanks a lot.

@Amy2023 the error simply means the EverSafe login was unable to link up your My Account. Please engage support by messaging them
