@jennyjenny did they activate at home or at a store(Walmart, London drugs etc)?
if it's the latter, the representative most likely used their own code.

so you were credited the $1 and you're asking why you didn't receive $10? like gblackma said, if you refer a friend, the friend receives the $10 and you will receive $1 every 30 days. that's how it works. you won't get the $10 sorry

my friend got the credit.that means referral code has given.

@jennyjenny you would have gotten a $1 30 day cycle discount for the referral. This continues for as long as your friend remains with PM and the account is active and in good standing. Stay safe.

I referred my friend to use public mobile and I didn't receive10credit but my friend got it.

@jennyjenny Did you think it was applied and you just aren't seeing the $10 credit? Or do you think it was applied and aren't seeing the $1/month credit? If you want to apply a referral code a month after signing up, you may well be out of luck. Regardless of the circumstances contact the moderators and plead your case. All they can do is say no.
You can contact the mods one of 2 ways. Click the question mark bottom right of the browser as shown in the picture and open a ticket through the automated ticketing system;
or you can contact them through direct messaging at the following link (note this way may take longer for a response);

In either case you should receive a reply within 48 hours though typically they are much faster. Watch the envelope icon top right for a reply.

@jennyjenny You can always contact mods for that and ask about your situation. Click on ? on bottom right of the page and follow directions to create a ticket.

I assume that you did not enter a refer-a-friend code when you activated your plan one month ago. If I am correct, it is too late 1 month after activation unless you have very good excuse.
