refer a friend reward not received

I've referred two friends, but only one referral reward was applied.

I messaged one of the moderators in the forum a few days ago but didn't get a reply.

Could anyone help?

It is a known issue.  This is a low priority compared to the no service customers.  I would wait a bit and contact again maybe a couple of weeks before your plan renewal
