If your account was suspended for less than 90 days, log in to your account, pay the bill and restart service.
If account is suspended for longer than 90 days then your account is closed - number lost.

if you have a suspended account, and can login, then login to My account first. Once you are there, you will see the button Reactivate my plan. Click on that and follow the prompt to make payment
If you had a closed PM account, then you will have to get a new PM sim card and reactivate a new account
