Minutes Remaining on Talk Addon

Hi I purchased an addon of talk minutes for $5 for 500 min awhile back. My monthly limit had expired and I had 91min remaining in my addon purchase. However I could not call, I was told I had no minutes remaining. So i had to purchase another addon of talk.  Do the addon minutes expire after a certain amount of time ? I was under the impression they always remained ?

@julian_sc   And there has been issues with the website showing  older cached information.. try incognito while logging into your account.. should then show the correct info

The add-on minutes stay on your account and get used if you run outta regular plan minutes. Sounds like you've used 'em up. Remember...checking voicemail also uses minutes.
