US Talk-Text Addon

Greetings,

We added a 15 day US talk/text add-on to our account 10 days ago. There are 5 days remaining.
I will be travelling in the US to visit family for a few days after this talk/text addon expires, so I wanted to add another 15 day talk/text addon ($15).  I no longer see the option for this add-on, however, only a $30 addon.

Is the $15 addon not available because I already have one active on my account? Is there a way to extend this by another 15 days?  Or do I have to wait for the current 15 days to expire before I can add it again?

it's worth a try to message Customer Support to get the new 15 Day Roaming add-on added now rather than waiting for old one to expire. Click on the orange chat bubble icon on lower right side of page to start the process.

Yes, you will have to wait till it's off your account and then you can purchase a new one.
