I checked the box show carrier,it is not showing any more, and my phone drops call lately, something wrong with my phone? Moto g5,thanks

phone showing signal bar ok,not full , just not showing public mobile anymore and same time i have phone call drops, that is why i question about it.

@kateyyj See if you phone still under warranty. Get it fix soon. Costco has some unlocked phone on sales. Just check it out.

Seems like something w/ the G5 then.
Try a hard reboot? Hold power for 32 seconds and let the phone reboot, ignoring any prompts that appear or vibration that happens.
If the issue continues, you may have to factory reset the phone.

Is the phone showing no SIM or is the SIM being recognized but not connecting to the network? I assume the self serve account shows active status.

1. Re-insert your SIM card. Restart your phone again.
2. Check your SIM card on another phone to determine the problem is due to phone problem or PM account issue.

Have you tried to reseat the SIM card (and make sure the SIM tray is clear of any dust or debris)? Reset the network settings?
