Hello,
I have recently subscribed and my 2 day shipped sim is actually a 10 day shipped sim!
I have a possible solution however, My wifes phone currently uses a sim card but is esim compatable, I would like to use esim on her phone ( also a public mobile subscriber) and use that sim for my account.
I am attempting to purchase via the app on her phone with current payment method but it will not proceed.

@Sector7G usually they reply with in the hour sometimes longer but

are you using the app? you need to use PM app to buy and install esim
Login to the app, Subscription & Addon page and click Buy new sim card at the bottom
