There are different kinds of PUK codes. What exact error message is showing on the phone?
Have you been using SIM pin for security and you forgot the code? If it is, then yes, PM Support can provide the PUK code for the SIM card lock.

Most likely you PIN code is entered incorrectly multiple times and hence locked (except for emergency calls) and requires a PUK (Personal Unlock Key) to reactivate it.
You will need to open a ticket with PM and their Customer Support could assist:
Start with typing "Submit a ticket", click "Contact Us", click "Other" from the choices, click "Click here to submit a ticket". Then follow to complete the ticket submission.
