problems with number port

Hi All.

I tried to port my number over from rogers.  Customer service at Rogers said that Public mobile did not send the account number or the ported number over to Rogers..  now I can't log into  public mobile  since I can't get txt 6 digit  numbers to verify that the phone works!  What do I do now?

 PM porting support team can help and reinitiate the request.  I have sent you the porting support team number.  Please check your Community inbox (envelope on top right), check for the number and call
