Hi All.
I tried to port my number over from rogers. Customer service at Rogers said that Public mobile did not send the account number or the ported number over to Rogers.. now I can't log into public mobile since I can't get txt 6 digit numbers to verify that the phone works! What do I do now?

@kathyconfused I’ll private message you the porting team number . They can re trigger the port request for you
