I attempted to purchase another 15 days of calling, text and data for $30.00.

The response is "cannot process at this time".

I also noticed that my account shows a total of $80.00 for my plan, which is almost double what it actually is.

Please review and correct.

re-buying the same US roaming after the first one has expired is a bit troublesome, you need to wait 24 hours 

I understand you don't want to wait, so, you will need PM support agent to help to re-buy for you.  please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link:  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html  Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".
