I attempted to purchase another 15 days of calling, text and data for $30.00.
The response is "cannot process at this time".
I also noticed that my account shows a total of $80.00 for my plan, which is almost double what it actually is.
Please review and correct.

re-buying the same US roaming after the first one has expired is a bit troublesome, you need to wait 24 hours
