problems signing, no ability to call in, cannot cancel

this is a cell phone company, that doesn't have agents you can call

my experience was terrible

no problems buying the plan, then i goto activate,  it says failed, you need support, all links for support failed

i'm in here now, but for about 2 hours, i coudn't get into this system, it was 404's and other errors.
