hi, I'm trying to upgrade my plan to 10GB data, but I couldn't view the dashboard when I tried to click by myself...

Very good point. If you have awhile to go, maybe get a data add on to hold you over to next renewal

@timl Yes, you should be able to view the page with a different browser or Incognito mode
Just a reminder, make sure you understand the difference between Change plan Now and Change on the next renewal date.
If you are in no rush of the extra data, pick Change in the next renewal date instead. If you pick Change plan now, PM will charge you now and a new cycle will start immediately , unused days from current cycle/old plan will be forfeited, no partial refund

Clear your browser cache/history and go incognito. Use chrome or edge. Log into self service and choose the Change plan button. Choose change plan on next renewal date otherwise if you change immediately there will be no credit for your current plan.
