problem updating a new debit card to my account

hello

trying several time to update my account with a new debit card ..but cant.

you got an error?   What was the message?

Please first wait an hour, then use Incognito/Private/Secret mode on your browser to login My Account and try again. 

If same, please submit a ticket with CS Agent here:

you can also get a voucher to pay and resume service first if your service is now suspended.  Get it from Shoppers Drug mart, then load the voucher using *611
