problem transfering the number from Virgin Plus to Public mobile

I am having issue right now transferring my number from Virgin Plus to Public Mobile.    somehow Telus send me a message ask me to resubmit the request.  but I don't know how.   right now I have 2 sim that have the same number.  my Virgin mobile still can make phone call and receiving the message and incoming call.  My Public Mobile one can make phone call out.  but not incoming call.    

I am not able to resubmit the request from PM app. it says my number is invalid.    please help .

there is a porting assistance team you can call and ask for update.  I can't post the number here, but I will message the number to your community inbox.  Please check and call them

Try restarting and see if that helps. If not seems like port has not been completed. Check messages for porting team number.
