problem to login

Hello

 

Today I had problem to login, but finally I was able after 10+ retries.

My problem now  is when I login , I see attivate your account, but I aleady have a account.

Anyways I clicked on activate my account and I am redirect to login, I enter my login and page said wrong login.

I then click the button retrieve my email and later I see the emails I enter is valid.

Then I try to reset the password with the same password I have and page say I am already registered with this password and give me the option to enter a new password, 

I enter a new password and I am redirected and again to 

LET’S COMPLETE YOUR ACTIVATION.

I click on resume the activation and again the page ask me to login and the login is wrong.

Public Mobile site is recognised to not be friendly many uses told me, but I have to admit it's not completely false.

I changed my debit card 2 days ago and now need to pay to reactivate my account, bit seems impossible, 

So what next ????

If this is a brand new account you have to complete your activation using the app. Please download the app and you will be able to login and finish the activation. https://publicmobile.ca/en/bc/load-mobile-app

If this is an old account and you haven’t logged in since the change to eversafe you will have to message customer service to link the accounts.

They will answer your message on your community account so keep an eye on your inbox here (envelope icon on desktop, if you click the profile picture you’ll see messages in the drop down on mobile)

the error you got about activation indicates the EverSafe login system is unable to link your My Account with your EverSafe login. Easy fix for PM but you need to engage them by direct message here:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
