Have been cut off, have no phone use, card details are all correct and funds available. I have gone through the purchase system and reached the shopping cart, pressed the 'pay now" button and says try later. This is 6 days later after sending in a ticket. still no response and no phone service.
Totally disgusted.

Tried restarting, no luck, my agreement with them ended apparently and 1 payment was missed. Itried to make that payment right away but no luck. I also tried to reset my card detaile but that also didn"t work.

Did you try to use computer?
Clear cache, use incognito mode.

@Mikw have you tried restarting your device? Are you able to go into the Public Mobile app or website and check your Payment history section to confirm payment went through?

@Mikw Another option is to buy payment vouchers from shoppers drug mart 7-11 , shell gas and load the finds *611 from phone to resume services right away . If still having issues contact support to investigate
