I'm Guessing that you have the old 25$ 3g plan 1 gig. If so you should check in your account and see if the 4g 19$ 1gig is available to you. If not there may be something better that you can change to. The 19$ plan may not be able since pm started there targeted plans for customer in most cases they only let you upgrade your plan now.

@jaswinder4

There is no price increase. Public Mobile has moved everyone from the oldLoyalty Rewards program to the new points so, no more $2 auto payment, $1-$5 loyalty

 You will get  5% of your payment, 1 point per referral, 10 points one per year, once you collect 15 points, you can redeem it for $15 bill credit

Did you see the announcements advising of the replacement of cash discounts with the new points program? This was announced in March and made effective in May. You are now paying the standard price and you accumulate points you can apply to add ons or discounts.

@jaswinder4
In May of this year, Public Mobile migrated everyone on the old legacy rewards to Public Points, with that change you no longer get the money for autopay or loyalty. So that explains the increase in your bill.

Hello @jaswinder4

We all received proper notice that the Legacy Rewards program was being discontinued. EVERYONE lost all their loyalty rewards including the $2 autopay bonus. Everyone has now been switched to the new point system.
