my rogers provider said my porting request wasn't successful and I need to redo request again, so how should I do this?

You'll need to open a ticket to the moderators by going to: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
After opening that link, type in "port request".
Porting cannot be re-attempted from your Public Mobile self serve account because the previous attempt would mean that Public Mobile has already assigned that phone number to your account.
