hi last night around 9pm i tried to port from telus to public mobile $24 plan.
i have bought a sim card and used the telus account number to do the port instead of imei.
- no service from the sim card
- used the original telus sim card and was able to get the eversafe text to fully access my public mobile account
- i tried to wait the 5 hours from telus to reply YES that the port is allowed but never got it.
my assumption is the porting has failed? or do i need to wait longer since last night wasnt a standard business hours. or Could a moderator help me re-port, i could try giving 2 imei instead of the telus account.

yes physical sim card. i just plugged the sim card to my other phone and there is no signal.

are you using Physical sim card? if the sim card have no service, first try on a different phone. If issue persists, likley a sim card provisioning issue. It is an easy for for PM support, you will just need to engage them by direct message:
