me again!!!! over two weeks and still cannot recieve calls...numbers still showing active with our old provider

You could try this while you wait:

You may also be able to retrieve voicemail from your old carrier remotely; often it's done by clicking * once during your "I'm not here" message and following the instructions.

i assume you already contacted a moderator via private message and provided all required infos? if yes, there was an announcement detailing current wait times...PM is backlogged and now working on all requests made up to nov. 19th..... so it will be your turn very soon if you followed the instructions on how to contact a moderator..
