My wife my father in law and I continue to experience intermittent dropped calls at home, my phone (IPhone 11 Pro) indicates 3g service. Is this all that is available in my area ? postal code K9V xxx

Thank you for the reply, we use the same call back strategy... The other carriers are getting close to Public mobile with pricing so I'm giving Public Mobile an "opportunity" to keep my business.

Thanks again

@CraigJ  This is common problem with public mobile and dropped calls I have the issue regularly and for years it’s never gotten better but I like the cheap plans public offers so kept a couple lines here . Worst case I just have to call the other person back . That said I also have a Telus line and rarely ever experience dropped calls so for that number I use if talking to professionals for sales related inquires

you are in Lindsay, Ontario, it has 4G and 5G so it should be good.  And you have iPhone 11 and it can call using VoLTE, so you shouldn't have the problem with calls.

make sure you change your network mode to Automatic or try 4G/LTE or try 5G On

To change the network mode on an iPhone 11, go to Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data Options > Voice & Data
