@skidooking , I’ve always used a 1 in from of all the phone #s I call. My phone information even automatically has a  +1 in front of my phone #! Maybe I’m just odd! 🤣

 

Edit: @skidooking , This is a public online forum you’re posting on where customers just like you help each other out by answering questions. We help when we’re able to but we don’t work for Public Mobile so we can’t text you or other Customers about your services. As per @softech instructions please submit a support ticket to CSA’s to address that. They don’t normally interact here in the forum. Sorry.

@skidooking   if the audience is supposed to be Public Mobile, maybe you should open ticket with PM support so they can pass on the message:

 

1. Please open ticket via Chatbot (need access to My Account): click this  Chatbot Ticket Link 

Then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗" to open the ticket submission page
Next, enter your Community login, then enter your question.  Finally use My Account login or 4 digits PIN to validate.

2. If you have trouble with Chatbot or you don't have access to My Account: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
