I cannot log in to my account because I forgot the email address I used when I started the plan. I am a senior and always pay with my credit card; I have already made a payment. However, my phone is currently disconnected, and I do not know what to do. This email address was registered again, and I cannot see the plan I was using. I want to resolve this quickly.

Hello @moon1943

Please don't take offense to my comment as I do mean this respectfully.

Public Mobile is more for technical inclined folks. If you are a senior and aren't technically inclined, don't be bothered by it. The good news is Public Mobile's sister company Koodo has very close to the same pricing and they have a toll free 800 to call to get customer service. You may wish to look into that once you get into your account. Once again, this wasn't meant disrespectfully as I take care of several seniors accounts for them and even help them port to Koodo so the can speak to a human.

Now, let's get this going for you shall we? If you dial 611 from your phone, what does it say? Does it say it's active? Most recently, several people have reported that autopay has failed and a manual payment is needed. This comment is now two part. You can either pick up a voucher at Shoppers Drug Mart, load it by dialing 611 from your account, OR, as mentioned before, you can go to Walmart and ask their mobile kiosk about Koodo and they could port you over to them instead. I think Walmart has a promotion where you get a $25 Walmart gift card for porting to Koodo. You'd keep the same number too. Best part, your phone doesn't have to be active since it's within the Telus family.

So you click on the forgotten email link and reset your password? And you still cannot login?

It is not clear what you mean when you say you cannot see the plan you were registered to. So you were eventually able to login?

If you have a credit card on file you can also call *611 from your phone and check your phone details and make a payment.

Turn your phone off for a few minutes after payment.

Anyhow, if you still need assistance you can click the link below to message Public Mobile agents directly for assistance.
