please help me with my issue

The phone has the correct phone number ie xxx-xxxxxxx and when trying to use the phone I hear a message saying to re-active my plan. I am on automatic payment and the due date has not come which is 23rd Feb 2023 as I just came back from treatment it is very frustating I cannot use my cell phone. Please help and do the needful

Maybe just simply --  your Credit Card expiration needs to be updated.

It sounds like the AutoPay has been disabled…this seems to happen on a few members.

Login to your account and enable AutoPay on the Payment section.

@shobana1959  - do you mean you hear that message when you call 611 from your device? If this message is when you are trying to make a call, I am not sure I was aware this message presented itself.

@shobana1959 please login to My Account using Incognito mode and check the account status.   it likely is showing Suspended.  just click Reactivate My plan and make a manual payment to resume service

@shobana1959  Under your name to the right by time stamp , the arrow tap it and edit out personal info first 

Auto pay can fail

 

To make payment and reactivate plan .. if you know PIN number you can *611 with a voucher and *611  no PIN needed . You can also do this by by calling 18554PUBLIC . otherwise log into self serve make manual payment and reactivate service and or update credit card if necessary
