I have autopay enabled on my account but as I tried to make a call it said my plan was expired. THis happened to my girlfriend before as well. My plan is fine now because I did the manual pay option but this is frustrating that this feature isn't working as it is suppose to. Can a mod please message me to explain what happned?

Make sure the credit card information you entered is valid and up to date. I had similar issue before and it was just my credit card expiry date was no longer valide since my credit card got renewed.

I can imagine this being frustrating. Defeats the purpose of having the autopay enabled in the first place.
Try disabling autopay. Remove credit card info. Then re-enter the card info and enable autopay again. Frustrating part is that you won't know until next renewal in 90 days if this worked. You can also try sending a private message to @CS_Agent with your feedback. Don't forget to provide them your public mobile phone number in the private message.
