phone wont work

can anyone help me i put money on phone via enternet as i did before it is showing the money was recieved but my phone wont work \!!  have no phone

Just on the off-chance it helps you out ... have you tried restarting your phone?

I'm not a PM employee, I'm just a PM customer.  I don't have any access or ability to change anything on any customer accounts except my own.  Again, your best and fastest way to get payment issues resolved is to send a Private Message to the Moderator Team if you haven't already done so.

i have made payment it was took from my bank but my phone still not working ...

You need to contact the moderator team (= Public Mobile employees) by private message in this community, they are the only ones that can help with account related issues.

They work on a first come first serve basis and are quite busy these days, so it might take a bit until you get a reply.

 

Use this link to send a private message to the @Moderator_Team, include all relevant information in your message, such as account number, phone number, PIN, detailed problem description.

There is no number to call "The phone company without a phone number."

 

Messaging the mods is the only "official" way to resolve issues.  And really the only way to resolve payment/account issues.  Several of the mods are online now, they process messages as they're queued.  Staying online (to quickly catch and respond to private messages) is your fastest option, otherwise you might need to exchange private messages (or emails) over many hours, depending on any information they might need from you.
