phone service not working

My phone(s) not working for voice calls, but working for texting.  Have talked to others in the area that are experiencing similar problem, so am assuming that is a signal problem from nearby tower, as it works fine when I use it in a nearby town receiving signal from that tower.

Set phone to 3G but made no difference, still unable to make or receive calls, although texting works fine.

reboot phone not works, open ticket with PM support and ask them to check it out for you.

@Nootkadon - are other people having the issue also with Public Mobile?

To rule out a device issue, try:

  • restarting
  • toggling into/out of airplane mode
  • remove sim card, try in another phone (if possible) then reinsert your sim card
  • perform network reset on device

@Nootkadon hopefully it is a temporary issue, try to manualy select 3g in your network setting, see if that helps with your calls
