@amritveerbnext step is to send a private message to Public mobile Moderator @CS_Agent and ask them to request the port again now that your chatr account is active.

i had a CHATR account and ported my number to PM, but turned out that my chatr number was not active at the moment, but the number had been on PM it is making calls but not recieving, i have paid my chatr to make it active, what is the next step i take?
