my public mobile phone number is different from the phone number in my settings app and i do not know what to do. My public mobile phone number is xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx but my settings app number is xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx. Please call xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

@jason121  if using I phone, go to settings - click on your name, then "sign in and security" and you can edit the number in your phone. once edited restart the phone. Hope this helps

Please note that Public Mobile does not provide customer service over the phone.  As for the phone number that is displayed in your phone's settings menu, does the proper phone number show up on the other person's device if you make an outgoing phone call?
