It has been a couple of hours since we signed up with Public. We are still not able to make or receive calls.

@GerryKelk, are you able to go into the account and check status? The other problem might be a stuck port as already suggested. If you submitted a port as part of activation and something goes wrong with the port, you might not have a number to work with. So plan features requiring the phone number won't work. That said, does data work? That is not affected by a number port. It will work as long as the account has been properly activated.

@GerryKelk Did you port in your number? Do you get signal on your phone with Public Mobile sim?
