i got a $40 for 30 day plan and can not recieve calls it just goes to a busy signal how do i fix this

Were you able to resolve this problem?
If not please give as much detail about the situation as possible.
Is it a new account, what does your self serve account say? Are you porting a number? At what point did you attempt to port, during activation or after? Does anything else work, text in/out, calls out or data if you have it?

You should try taking out your sim card and putting it back in, or you could hard reset your phone and see if that works. Best of luck,

Did you port your phone number to PM during activation?
If yes, how long ago did you activate your PM plan and porting your number?
It will take a few hours before the port is completed.
Is your old SIM card still working?
If yes, continue to use your old SIM card until it is completely dead which indicates the port is completed. Then, use your PM SIM card.
