I press the 1 and tells me Error-Dismiss

@Paolaking   What phone do you have?  If it's an iPhone running ios17 it could be Apple's Live Voicemail intercepting your Public Mobile voicemail.

you meant voicemail or text message?  give us more details.  Like what error you got, what you tried? did it ever work?
