@tech5  try some network/phone fixes of finicky things like:

  • restarting your phone
  • toggling into and out of airplane mode
  • remove your SIM card, then gently reinsert it, reboot
  • perform a reset of your device's network settings.

Other good suggestions provided also, so if none of the above are helping, ask CSA to check on your account.

@tech5

We can help you eliminate possibilities of your issue.

Check if you have Do Not Disturb turned on in your settings.

If you have another phone to try your SIM to see if it rings if you called. It could be your phone if it rings.

Try check if there are outages in your area as pointed out by @JL9 .

You can look up TELUS outages map to see if your area had some network issues, etc

@tech5   Are you seeing many missed calls ?  If it is a one off, it might not be a big concern.

But if you like , you can change the Preferred network type to 3G ONLY for a few days.

PM is using 3G for voice, when a call comes, the phone has to change from LTE to 3G and sometimes the change does not happen quick enough.  Try this settings and see
