phone cancellation

i am going out of town and dont need the phone anymore how do i stop my plan?

HI @diniw   if you have the account for sometimes and you are on the old rewards, probably there will be other members who want to take over your account because of the rewards.  

So, if you are cancelling the account and giving up the number, you can consider letting someone to take over

@diniw You can simply login to My Account and disable Autopay.  PM won't be able to get money on the next renewal and your account will be suspended.  90 days later, your account will then be closed

If you want to be very careful, you can also open ticket with PM Support to remove the credit card from the account

If you want it for sometime later...you can just not pay or list it lost/stolen in My Account @diniw .

Then, make sure to reactivate before it is 90 days in suspended status. And you can have it to use again.

Or, if you don't want it at all, call 611 to remove autopay (in 90 days account is closed/gone), or port the number to another provider, this also closes your account here.
