I can't reset my password. When I put in my e-mail address, no e-mail is sent. Ever. I'm wondering if someone hijacked the account?

Try have the 2FA sent by text to your phone.
But if you didn’t get the code, either the email is not registered in the system.
Best to contact a CS_Agent to help you access your account.
