I tried to set up a personal hotspot from my phone. I get the message that I have to contact Public mobile to enable personal hotspot on my account. But I am not having any success in contacting public mobile to do that . Any suggestions?

@Rlid2 reboot the phone and try setup hotspot again, and check APN
,go Settings -> Cellular -> Cellular Data Network -> PERSONAL HOTSPOT / APN -> sp.mb.com , and Leave Username and Password blank.
(if you see APN showing isp.mb.com, please update it by dropping the i and make it sp.mb.com

Hi @Rlid2
I myself have used my Public Mobile phone (iPhone XR) to hotspot my data to my Chromebook to surf the net. I had no problems at all. Depending on what phone you're using, you may wish to Google it and see if that helps. Most time I find, it's password related, in other words I type the wrong password or caps lock is on.
