I am a senior and in desperate need for help with Public Mobile payments.
My phone was cut off because my bank issued new credit cards with new numbers and my payment did not go through. I have been without my phone for more than a week. I need to pay this bill and do not know how to it.
Please can someone help.

Do you have a friend you can ask for help? A neighbor, perhaps they have middle aged children.
Or if you have a caregiver or a nurse that visits you ask them to help. But make sure it's someone you can trust.

you don't need to pay anyone, you can do it yourself.
Login My Account and make the payment. Just click Pay and Resume services now and pay

I am in desperate need of help with my phone and cannot contact anyone at Public Mobile. Can anyone help me, please. I have been without a phone for 2 weeks and I need help to get this bill paid. It's not that I don't have the money. It's that I don't know how to do it. I am a senior and would appreciate any help you can give me. I am even willing to pay someone.

Muskbird online also offers this service. Choose Public Mobile-RTR. Choosing to pay by e-transfer incurs the lowest surcharge. Muskbird has the cheapest online surcharges and fastest turnover. Funds are added to your account in less than a minute and automatically reactivates your account.
Have you ever logged into your account online? If not and you haven't set up your eversafe ID you will need to contact customer support for help to do so. Once you can login you can update your credit card info as per @hairbag1 's instructions.

if you log in to your account using the app, click the Payment tab...scroll down to see Update Card Information. In there you can change your card number.

Even you cannot pay by credit card, you can pay by voucher. Get a voucher from SDM/Rexall/Loblaws/Cantire and then load the voucher using *611 on your phone (or 1.855.4PUBLIC from another phone) to resume service first and then try updating the card again later
(you can also buy a voucher online with a fees from muskbird.com/ding.com/recharge.com)
