If I change subscription close to my renewal date, will I pay for the remainder of the month and then charged again at my renewal date;  example Would like to change to the $19 per month from the $18 I am currently paying. My renewal date is Nov 27th?

No credit given. You will be charged immediately for the new plan.

If you need it now, you can change now.

If you can wait 3 days, then select Change on Renewal,  to finish out the reminder of the month.

You have two options when you change plans:  immediately or at next renewal date.  Most of the time, we recommend to change at next renewal date since PM does not pro-rate plans or offer refunds for unused portion of original plan. 

However, if you do change plans immediately, you will be charged the full cost of the new plan and the payment cycle will be reset for another 30 days.

when you make plan change, there are two options: Change Now and Change on Renewal

Use Change on Renewal to schedule a plan change on renewal date.  In your case, click Change on Renewal today, and the plan change will occur on renewal on Nov 27th, ie, you will finish using the current $18 plan till Nov 27th.
